Labor Affairs Bureau – Poster 01
Labor Affairs Bureau – Poster 01

In preventing the COVID-19 outbreak from spreading, migrant workers and migrant workers accompanying patients to the hospitals are reminded to wear masks and replace them every day. For instance, if they are heading to venues with a large number of people or confined spaces, please make sure to wear a mask when coughing, wash their hands with soap often, and avoid going to venues with lots of people such as traditional markets or hospitals. Also, avoid coming into contact with wild animals and birds. If the migrant worker exhibits symptoms such as fever or cough, the employer should help the migrant worker to report to the quarantine officers at the airport. If the migrant worker exhibits suspected symptoms or infections within 14 days of entering the country, please call the toll-free 1922 disease prevention hotline or Ministry of Labor's 1955 hotline for assistance.
The bureau has printed COVID-19 outbreak prevention-related posters (in 4 languages), the employers or placement agencies may collect them from the bureau in person (Foreign Labor Affairs Section, address: 3F, No. 26, Jingke Rd., Xitun Dist., Taichung City), or please refer to the appendix.
