Procedure and Document for Report to Custom of Arrival

Employers and recruit agents, starting from January 1, 2019, the minimum basic salary for foreign factory workers is 23,800 NTD/month.

Document required for foreigners arrival at Taiwan has been updated by Ministry of Labor. Most updated forms should be used to submit for report.
※Document required for report submitted by agents: original copy of power of attorney, declaration of salary/wage (bring the original copy from outside the country for new arrival report)
