I. Manufacture Industry

11 Following declaration document is required for screening interview: the necessity for test, whether there is correlation between test content and the job scope, whether the test methods and test criteria between domestic workers and foreign workers being consistent, whether there are alternatives or trainings available to make up for the needs, whether the test method and recruit criteria are on the same level among the same industry.

IV. As mentioned above, since January 1, 2014, employers must choose how to post when applying for recruit and cannot change the next day. To change method of post after the next day, the procedure will be based on the newly chosen method and the time for new procedure will have to re-count:

(1) Since the next day of recruit registration, those whose post featured on “Taiwan Jobs” and on one of the Central government authorized newspaper for 3 consecutive days, at least 14 days after the next day of the end of the recruit period, meaning the application may be submitted for review after the 18th day since the registration of recruit (application submitted during non-holidays from Monday to Thursday), (application may be submitted within 15 days from the next day of the end of recruit period) and will not be accepted after deadline.
●Before submission for review, please upload “recruit status” on “Taiwan Jobs” and click “Submit for review”.
●The newspapers under the Employment Center’s jurisdiction are: Liberty Times, China Times, United Daily News, Apple Daily, Commercial Times, Economic Daily News, The Merit Times, The Commons Daily, Taiwan Times, Pacific Daily News. Post should be made on any of its regional (Taichung, Zhanghua & Nantou) version or national version.


(2) From the next day of recruit registration, employers only posting on “Taiwan Jobs” and recruit domestic workers at least 21 days since the post, meaning submission can be made starting from the 23rd day of registration (application submitted during non-holidays from Monday to Thursday), (application may be submitted within 15 days from the next day of the end of recruit period) and will not be accepted after deadline.
●Before submission for review, please upload “recruit status” on “Taiwan Jobs” and click “Submit for review”.

(3) According to the Article 12 of “Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers” declared by Ministry of Labor on 12/10, 2013, after registration for domestic recruit, employers should advertise on Taiwan Jobs the following day of the registration day. When the following day is a national holiday, based on Article 48 of Administrative Procedure Act, the day following that day shall take its place, and the advertisement shall be made on the next working day, and the period of recruitment is calculated from the next day of advertisement day.

●For example, a foreign worker recruit registration made on a Friday shall make advertisement on Taiwan Jobs on the following Monday, the next working day (due to the following days, Saturday and Sunday, are national holiday). Employers who advertise only on Taiwan Jobs shall begin its recruit period on Tuesday, the day following advertisement day, and so on. For employers who also advertise such employment demands in one of the domestic newspapers assigned by the Central Competent Authority, the advertisement should last at least 3 consecutive days, and the day following the end of the recruit period will be Thursday, and so on.
