I. What is Employee Assistance Program(EAP)
To assist the employees in the enterprises to resolve the problems of reducing productivity or poor performance due to personal issues. Furthermore, it will help to prevent the potential working safety issues and build up the healthful occupational psychological status of the employees to elevate the working efficiency and decrease the production cost.

II. Our services
(I). Free hotline service of 0800-666-160 for the employees to consult without concerns:
To consolidate all the related resources and collaborate with the professional team to provide the labor consultation services and referral assistance to resolve the related issues influencing the working efficiency of the employees.
Free hotline service for the employees without concerns: 0800-666-160; service hours: Monday to Friday 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.(Out of service on national holidays). Your calls are welcome.

(II). To assist the business institutes in the City to conduct the free seminars:
To assist the companies in the City to conduct the tailor made free seminars of the indicated topics including emotional management, marriage and family, occupational stress release, parents and children interaction, parents and children communication, senior care etc.; each company can be supported by one seminar every year for 2 hours as the upper limit.
