The traditional occupational training model is training goes first then employment follows after. It’s commissioned by the Labor Bureau to conduct the training then the occupational mapping will be applied later by the trainer after the training being completed. In order to control the demands of the enterprises on the talents, Labor Bureau May provide the tailor made occupational training for the company or employer will hire many disabled employees. Then the well trained employees can be hired directly by the enterprises to achieve the goal of「training and employment as one」. All the enterprises or employers are welcome to contact the Welfare Promotion Section of Labor Bureau to provide the vacant positions with the training requests for the disabled employees as appropriate.
